Tonight see's the return of cult 00's brand Rather Not Say as a collaboration with ourselves. 
The release is three alternate coloured rugby shirts featuring two colour hoop designs made from a cotton poly mix and featuring two button contrast white collar! Like many football fans we absolutely dislike rugby quite a bit, but do like a classic rugby shirt, purely as a wardrobe piece. With Pink/Green, Orange/Navy and Yellow/Sky you can add a nice bit of colour to the forthcoming grey months. They're toasty too. 
As always Made in England in limited numbers. Online at 7pm from the shop.

The eagerly awaited Clarks Desert Boots collection is finally available, this has been a great project for us to work on with one of our favourite brands. As a tie-in to the 65th anniversary of the famous Desert Boot, we were asked about doing a take on this not often seen sweater from a rare black and white photo. Worn by British athlete Ken Crutchlow in 1970 when he ran across America's treacherous Death Valley in this home made sweatshirt, a pair of Desert boots, a bowler hat and a brolly. Yes, it was a bet. 

The stand out piece is the sweatshirt, coming in a loopback Organic Grey marl jersey with V insert collar and black Flock fabric lettering. To accompany this, we also have a tee with the Navy and Red colours which we were lucky enough to see via the Clarks archive. We also have a 'Ken' design too illustrated by Peter O'Toole. 
All available online tomorrow from 7pm. Limited to one per person on the sweatshirts.

CONNOISSEUR x TRICKETT - THE 'TWEIR' HAT

That's right. Those Weir bobble hats have become a cult in themselves of the course of the last seven years, released in limited, non-repeated colourways they've caused a massive hoohah and upset people too every winter with demand for them incredible selling faster than tickets for Glastonbury and the like as went live and sold out in seconds. 
This one, the TWEIR designed and made with TRiCKETT is like a hybrid version, made with Shetland wool, featuring a lovely bunch of shades in the wool, wool lined for extra toastiness and also features C X T detailing as well as contrasting navy top and extra dense pom pom. CONNOISSEUR x TUKTUK 'TULSA' SHIRT

time certainly flies, believe it or not this is the '17th' shirt (cctuk017) we've done with tuktuk! The Tulsa. 

This time, it sees another splendid checked flannel shirt, a lovely vivid Powder Blue with navy and dark check, inspired by classic Americana just perfect for that sudden drop in weather. 

Featuring a smaller 2" button down collar, button top pocket with dual branded woven tab. Two large hand pockets at the hem. Box pleat and locket loop, finished off with genuine Mother of Pearl buttons and contrasting button thread detail.

PINS N' TITFERS...

Tomorrow sees the release of our next pin badge, it's been a while and with the return of Rather Not Say due soon we thought this was pretty appropriate. The logo is of course based on the 'Retour A La Normale' poster from the student uprisings of 1968 - meaning Return to Normal. (Not based on Derby County okay!) so add a bit of history to your collars. It's online tomorrow at 7pm GMT (usual rules apply).

Monday see's one of the first hat's of many over the coming months. 'The Garber'

a reversible fisherman style hat, coming in a colourful Tweed check on one side and plain Olive on the other. Slightly longer, floppier brim is the style on these. Features small orange tab branding.
Taking it's name from Lt Zachary Garber the no nonsense NYC Transit plod, played by Walter Matthau in the original Taking of Pelham 123 film...as we're getting that old 70s New Yoik vibe when we try it on. Gesundheit!

Tomorrow see's the release of our latest parody tee, that being 'CASUAL CONUTS'. 
Yeah it's a bit crazy but aren't we all? It works and that's dandy with us. It comes on White and Natural tees - online Weds at 7pm GMT. So go nuts. 

CONNOISSEUR x VERAS - EL CAPITAN II.

What do you get when you cross Spain with Wales and England? more dead nice shoes!
The El Capitan II shoe is a superb new collaboration with Veras shoes. A premium suede upper on a super light EVA sole, making these very light and comfy. Whilst most suede shoes come in the usual sensible tones of Browns and Beige, our first installment of this new and improved model comes in some daring colours - Acid Green, Ice Blue and Orange, something we've always wanted to buy, but seldom see ourselves. 
With contrast leather trims and leather laces, suede swing tag and dual branded stamped insole, branding is kept subtle. A slightly familiar 'silhouette' (based on an old Connoisseur favourite) is the basis of the upper, whilst the light EVA sole unit on a Salpa welt gives this shoe it's own style. With a clear 1990's acid casual influence going on. Made in a long established footwear factory in Spain these are produced just for us in a one-off run in smaller numbers.

CONNOISSEUR X EBBETS FIELD FLANNELS

Tomorrow at 7pm see's the release of our two new products produced with Ebbets Field Flannels. We have a baseball cap and if you know Ebbets then you'll know they are the best at the baseball cap game which is why weve got them to produce another one this year. And we've done a vintage style coach jacket/windbreaker with the alternative Two C branded trademark on the front. 

This years cap is a navy wool 6 panel pinstripe cap, plain peak of course, featuring contrast top button and full skull logo embroidery on the front. Comes with the usual tremendous Ebbets details including the inside detail, including the under visor green satin, black cotton sweatband, dual branding and adjustable brown leather back strap.

The jacket Classic baseball style Coaches jacket made from vintage rayon/cotton satin by the best in the business. Think the Wanderers if they were from the modern day North of England. 

Features heavy duty snap closure, elasticated cuffs, two slash pockets at the front, woven orange label to left hem. Large sewn felt CC emblem to chest, drawstring waist and 'Team Connoisseur' branded neck label. A great jacket for late summer and early autumn. TC

This Thursday see's the release of the 16th collaborative shirt we've done with tuktuk. The 'Fresno'. 

We have produced a rather splendid checked flannel shirt. Containing a wonderful mix of colours, this one is a personal favourite to date! The 'Fresno' is inspired by classic Americana.
