COMMIT NO NUISANCE

‘Commit no nuisance on these walls, kiss no girls, kick no balls…’

Based on the famous old Victorian street signs the eagle eyed may find in old corners of London. This was a polite way of saying don't have a piss here, which ironically, was exactly how we first found it many moons ago, during the walk between pubs.

The clever twist on this design is the use of 3M Reflective ink, which gives it a double meaning. Not to mention hours of fun with your iPhone camera flash.

THE ANDOLINIS!

A return of our Andolini cap from several years back, this premium manufactured flat cap in a beautiful Navy check Harris Tweed and a grey Donegal Tweed and is an eight panel 'Newsboy' style titfer. This lets you channel your inner young 'Vito' when out and about, some might say it's pure South London too, we just say a timeless classic. THE ISOLA DI INTENDITORE WEIR

Our own personal penultimate Weir release for this winter is this one. Inspired by the clobber we wear and an iconic bit of branding!
It's online tomorrow at 7pm GMT and they will go really quickly and people will moan there's not enough! TC

THE HIP WEIRS...

Thursday the 3rd March sees the 'All City' Hip Weir released.
Hip store was founded some 29 years ago in the heart of Leeds City centre, an institution of independent menswear, so when we met up with founder Everton a couple of years ago, it was a pleasure to supply our brand, then the following winter do some exclusive Weirs for them: the 'home' and 'away' Weirs.
Now following on from them (and largely due to local demand) they present the 
'All City Weir', a hybrid of both, celebrating the city of Leeds.

#LOVEHATS

Tomorrow see's the release of three of our flat caps. These are the 'Uncle Jun' hat, a navy herringbone tweed in a lighter weight, inspired by The Sopranos character played with such gusto by Dominic Chianese. 

Then there's the final version of the 'Villain' for this winter, this time the same silhouette coming in a British Wool fabric with a snazzy repetitive diamond like pattern. 

And the Hodges Buggati too. Coming in a sterling check in a cashmere and wool mix material, it's one of our faves for this winter and the option of being able to cover your shell likes as it gets colder is very welcome. All three hats are online tomorrow at 7pm GMT. There's also a wonderful scarf that matches this hat too, available separately. Good as gold these! As always limited numbers. THE PINK WEIR!

This Wednesday see's the launch of the Pink Weir. 
This one has been on the to do list for a while, catering for the female fans (and daring lads too) and we decided given the colour choice it would be a good fit and make sense to offer a percent of the proceeds to Breast Cancer Care charity. 
It's online at the usual time of 7pm GMT and as usual they'll likely be snapped up in quick time! TC

WEIRS : STEALTH AND CONNOIGONIA

This week see's two more colourways heading into the Weir collection.
Firstly on Tuesday things get dark with the 'Stealth' Weir online at 7pm. One of the latest in the stealth, subtle range of colours, because they can't always be bright. This one is the darkest yet with three shades of black from the pantone chart, that's right. Black, lighter black and an even lighter black (not grey). As you will be aware by now the Weirs don't hang about and disappear as soon as they go online, this one will probably break the internet going off the interest, but as always limited numbers produced. 

Secondly on Friday see's the release of the 'Connoigonia' Weir.
Yeah the colours on this one are inspired by everyone's favourite environmentalist outdoor brand with a conscience! When things just make sense. This one is made out of old carrier bags, Spira wrappers and plastic Dandelion and Burdock bottles. It isn't really. A nod and a wink. Online Friday at 7pm. TC

THE 'SNOW BEACH' WEIR....

Now then, this edition was inspired by the famous 'Snow Beach' pullover jacket from Polo RL from the mid 1990's, which went on to be a seminal hip hop favourite after being sported by Raekwon appearing in this 1994 video. 
More than anything for us, it's a nice new colour combo. It's online tomorrow evening at 7pm GMT, fastest fingers first and all that.

WEEKEND CONNOISSEUR - THE 'SOHO WEIR'

The 'Soho Weir' is the third collabo with Weekend Offender following the D'Arblay rain coat and the Hoppy Mondays ale. 
Sticking with the fusion of both brands as limited edition releases under the 'Weekend Connoisseur' banne, this Weir features (for the first time) dual branding. It's also London themed. In particular, that famous old West End stopping point, Soho - where the WO shop is based on D'Arblay Street, with the colour combination based on the famous London road signs. This one is online from BOTH webshops at 7pm GMT this Friday. #fastestfingersfirst 

THE OVERLOOK SCARF

Last year we decided we'd make a scarf of the legendary Overlook pattern as an alternative or complimentary way to wear that cool/ugly pattern. This winter we decided to do another limited run, possibly for the last time, we'll see. Either way they go online tomorrow at 7pm GMT 

BOBA FETT? BOBA FETT?

Yup, a Weir inspired by everyone's favourite bounty hunter from a galaxy far, far away. As always limited numbers, faster fingers first and all that. Online tomorrow at 7pm GMT TC

VILLAINS!

The Villain hat, a premium manufactured flat cap in Donegal Tweed. Lovely colours on this made from the delightful Donegal Tweed, with a nice thick Red tinted herringbone with specs of colours darted throughout and a Navy version too. A two panel construction, fixed peak, contrast orange woven label to side seam.

This, the fifth 'Villain' release and in one of several new styles. This takes name and inspiration from famed Salford born climber Don Whillans, a proper bloke, handy on the rocks, handy with his fists, a lover of a pint, he climbed with the greats, he was one of the greats himself and mostly always wore his flat cap, even ten million miles up one of the world's scariest mountains. Online tomorrow at 7pm GMT TC
