CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR POST

Ho ho ho! Now then, it's that time of year AGAIN. Already.  A couple or three points: 
The postal service is under big pressure as you'd expect this time of year so you need to be allowing longer to receive your orders, especially overseas customers. Yes, no one likes waiting for stuff but this time of year it's unavoidable, you've just got to allow a bit longer. Plus this time of year the sales and releases mean an extra workload for us so it will take time to process and post all orders out. So please bear that in mind when ordering.  

We're getting emails from people asking where orders are and due to the workload we're not able to reply unless it's passed a certain date. A little bit of extra patience is required this time of year we'd normally suggest 3-5 working days as standard to receive items (UK) this is naturally longer at Christmas so once again please have this in mind.

We are dictated by the cut off dates and delivery dates of forthcoming new product too of course, with lot's of stuff arriving thick and fast we have tried our best to schedule releases as quickly and before the pre-xmas cut off date as we can even though it means we will ahve out work cut out. With our new shoes and shirts out on consecutive days in the last postal date as well as last weekends refresh stock of tees there's a lot to get through. THEN add in the first 3 new Weirs being released on Weds 18th Dec it's going to be a riotous few days. 

What we need to clarify here is we'll post as much sales as we can up until the UK cut off date, whilst we'll do our bit and ensure anything purchased up until Weds evening goes out we cannot guarantee it will arrive pre-xmas.

We post all UK orders out with First Class Recorded Mail (unless otherwise stated, stickers etc).  The final pre-Christmas date for posting is Friday 20th December. Any orders placed after Wednesday evening may not get to you until after Christmas.

Wednesday 4 December	Asia, Far East, Japan, NZ
Thursday 5 December	Australia
Friday 6 December	Africa, Caribbean, Central & South America,  Middle East
Monday 9 December	Cyprus, Eastern Europe
Tuesday 10 December	Canada, France, Greece, Poland
Friday 13 December	USA
Saturday 14 December	Western Europe  (excl. Greece, France, Poland)

Please note:  The store will remain active as normal over the Xmas and New Year period with all international sales (affected by pre-xmas cut off date) and festive sales going out on the 30th of December or thereafter, so expect delays with any purchases over the festive period. 
Normal service resumes on Friday 3rd January with another postal day.
